| What our new entrance will be! |
In 2005, several committed members of our congregation asked themselves how DAPC could better serve our members and community. They determined that our historic building was in need of some repair to both restore its beauty as well as ensure its accessability. Our Building the Future Capital Campaign was developed to raise the funds needed to allow our building to provide a sanctuary of worship, community meeting space, and shelter for those in need.
In July, 2007, we will begin construction on a new entrance and elevator. We will also completely rennovate our parking lot to add proper storm sewer drainage. In 2008, we will begin remodeling several interior classrooms, bathrooms, and staff offices.
